The nickname given to Israel that appears 4x in the OT, always in poetic contexts: Deut 32:15; 33:5 & 36, and Isa 44:2. The name means "the upright one." The origin of the name is unknown.
CONCORDANCE (NIV)
Deut 32:15 — But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked; you waxed fat, you grew thick, you became sleek; then he forsook God who made him, and scoffed at the Rock of his salvation.
Deut 33:5 — He was king over Jeshurun when the leaders of the people assembled, along with the tribes of Israel.
Deut 33:26 — There is no-one like the God of Jeshurun, who rides on the heavens to help you and on the clouds in his majesty.
Isa 44:2 — This is what the Lord says—he who made you, who formed you in the womb, and who will help you: Do not be afraid, O Jacob, my servant, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen.
