The chapel in the Apostolic Palace (the official residence of the pope) in the Vatican named in honour of Pope Sixtus IV. Previously known as the Great Chapel (Cappella Magna) it was completely restored between 1477 and 1480, and remains an iconic representation of High Renaissance art, especially with its frescos painted by Michelangelo.
